This is a Vapid Police Interceptor (police3) modified into a civilian version, with removed police equipment, changed wheels and removed liveries.
It is recommend to add this vehicle to eg. mpheist instead of replacing one already present in the game. Refer to instructions found on the internet how to do that.
The glass works perfectly.
The lines below do not allow for advanced tuning as possible on police3 - there were no means available for me to find the required carvariations.meta line.

May I suggest an undercover version of this? Great work though!
I guess I'll wait for the dlc version since i pretty much gave up trying to add them by a add as a dlc and trying to put them in an already existing dlc :\
Read-me could use a bit more info like where the user can find the vehicles.meta file for instance would be great. Can't use this mod unless there are better instructions for installing to a previous DLC!! I'm not alone in this it seems.

How to install?
theres nowhere to see how to install add-on cars. i search that specifically and its all hurr durr how to install "real car mods" with some neckbeard exhaling metric tons of air from his pulmonary system for 6 minutes describing the easiest thing in the world. (the non add-on ones)

either somehow this mod is too old, or for some out-there reason... addon cars don't work for me.
can't find anything out of place for the files themselves. :/

Is this a replace mod and if so can u make a add on mod with tuning??
Would be a lot better if the author of this mod helped the new modders on how to install the mod instead of just ignoring them
