Casey's Highway Service. For most of it's life, every truck was suspiciously late to pick your stranded vehicle, and if they showed up, the tucks were in worse condition than your wreckage and smelling like crack in the interior. Suddenly, a young man living in Vinewood Hills bought the company and repaired all the fleet. Such an upgrade looks suspiciously like money laundering but nobody cares as long as their car can make it to the mechanics
This is a clean variant of the vanilla tow truck. It has full LODs and a cleaner livery. Install like any Replace vehicle.
It works now just like the vanilla, cables in the back work like the original, unlike other modded tow trucks (It's a zmodeler3 export bug). Many thanks to @11john11 for pointing me at the right direction!

Known bug: Some cables at the back don't move with the winch. It seems like a Zmodeler3 export bug. Any advice to repair that is appreciated.
