This is an edit from yanfenglenfan old handling for Bugatti Bolide.
Installation:
1) You need to have the car installed: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/bugatti-bolide-add-on-l-template-l-digital-gear
2) Open OpenIV xD
3) Go to GTA V Root/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/bolide/dlc.rpf/data and replace handling.meta for the one you downloaded
4) Enjoy!
