I've never been happy with the Linerunner getting replaced by the vastly inferior Phantom, and finally decided it was time I do something about it. Others may have their opinions, but I've always likened the Linerunner to a Kenworth W900 (Except in GTA3/LCS, where it's a T600), so I used the Biff as a base, straightened and lengthened the hood, and added a modified version of the Packer's sleeper.
The model isn't perfect, i know there are a few rough edges and the like, but I hope you enjoy it regardless.
Installation:
Add-On:
1. open the 'addon' folder in this archive
2. use OpenIV to place the 'linerunner' folder in \update\x64\dlcpacks
3. go to \update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
4. add dlcpacks:/linerunner/ to the list of entries
spawn name: linerunner
Replace:
1. open the 'replace' folder
2. use OpenIV to navigate to \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
3. drag and drop phantom.yft, phantom.ytd, and phantom_hi.yft into vehicles.rpf
CHANGELOG:
VER. 1.2a: Changed make name to HVY to match the Biff

Added 'to-do' list to description
VER. 1.2: Now available as AddOn
VER. 1.0: Initial Release
TO-DO:

2. Resize wheel to fit in character's hands
3. correct door hinge position
The model isn't perfect, i know there are a few rough edges and the like, but I hope you enjoy it regardless.

Please make an add-on version in the future
Man I remember back in the GTA IV days I took the JoBuilt Linerunner HD mod files and tried to convert it to IV and have it resemble the JoBuilt Phantom. I'm glad someone finally gave the Linerunner some love in the HD world. I also recommend making an add-on version as well. Overall good job!
@lean1995 @ThatOneHick I was already planning to make an add-on version at some point, but I'll try to get it out sooner than later now that there's demand.
@ThatOneHick Do you still have the files for the Linerunner you were working on? If you do, and don't mind, I'd love to see if I could get it working in 5
Love trucks. Love cargo. ‘Ate weigh stations..
@Kennyworth I don't unfortunately... It was on my old computer that crapped out a few years ago.
You can always try converting the HD Linerunner mod they have for GTA SA, there are at least two variants I have found, also I am loving this a whole lot. As much as I love the phantom, the linerunner always holds a special place.
Similar to my comment regarding the Tanker, just L0 LOD.
Any chance you can template your Linerunner and Tanker so we can make customized skins for them? Thank you!
@OnyxEye unfortunately, I don't know how to do that

@OnyxEye I appreciate the link; don't expect anything any time soon, but I might look into it in the future.
