Handling edit originated from Killatomate's "REALISTIC DRIVING V" but with increased suspension sensitivity which original file lacked. I tried to make this steering as much GTA IV'ish as GTA V can be :D
Some cars are edited more, some less. By saying this I mean I changed not only suspension but many other attributes like engine power, traction, center of mass, air drag coefficient, weight, power balance between front and rear wheels (FWD, RWD, AWD), car damage
Airplanes and helicopters remains untouched (yet:)
I spent on this alot of time, hope it's what all of you people were looking for ;)
For all those who think my suspension is too soft go on and try to make a sharp turn with your car at 30-40 mph and see what happens.
I strongly recommend using DriftAssist by InfamousSabre
Enjoy and provide me feedback.

Minor tweaks and balancing. Done couple of vans. I am currently stuck at "cannot play offline mode" after instaling patch with new cars. Hints how to overcome this are welcome ;)

The AI can't drive the cars with this handling meta...
So racing isn't possible with them

@Bogu hi, civilians are struggling to brake in some cases this is a minor must be taken in the traffic ,the police who must drive fast have more difficulties to do their job properly
@Bogu Hey bro, I have one question. Why the other drivers slam into my car's ass in connection with their unstable brakes? =) Can you fix it? Please make it more strongly than now (I'm only talking about traffic brakes). Thank you

dear author, thanks for your nice mod. May I ask do you know how to extract (not control) the steering/throttle/brake value of AI driving? Like when I was in a taxi or using AI::TASK_VEHICLE_DRIVE_WANDER(ped, vehicle, _setSpeed, 786603)

@luckyma1990 No idea, I didnt touch that. If AI crash to each other it means it can't deal with new driving physics.
@Destroyer196 probably you applied mod to modded cars. This mod is supposed to work properly only with GTA V vanilla cars
