The San Andreas Highway Patrol has just made a deal with the LSPD, and they are gonna deliver some cars of their fastest model that is the Vapid Interceptor unit off course!
This car is still in Alpha, so wait for new uptates with new liveries, new lightbar and more... FOLLOW UPDATES AND DO NOT LOOSE IMPORTANT NEWS!

INSTALLATION GUIDE:
1)
Open Open IV and navigate to:
Mods / Update / x64 / dlcpacks
here, drag'n drop the "hwaycarnew" folder
2)
now, navigate to:
Mods / Update / update.rpf / common / data
here, open, with Edit mode activated, the file "dlclist.xml";
and add this line:
dlcpacks:/hwaycarnew/
3)
Close all, and ENJOY!

Fairly alright, however not sure if it really fits with a polar-bear (aka all white) livery, might look better in a black and white one.
