This is the Vapid Contender from the Cunning Stunts update modified to a Lifeguard version by Lt.Caine. Download for the pack including this contender is located here:

This pack contains the Vapid Contender along with 6 liveries based on the Los Angeles County Fire Department lifeguard vehicles. 2 are of the red paint scheme, two are of the yellow paint scheme, and the last two are white paint schemes.
!!!INSTALLATION!!!
OPEN IV REQUIRED TO INSTALL
!!!ADDON INSTALLATION!!!
1. To install Navigate to Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Create a folder called "lifeguard" and place in dlcpacks
3. Add included dlc.rpf to folder using add function
4. To spawn using vehicle spawner enter "lguard2"
4. Enjoy

1. To install Navigate to \Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\
2. Locate lguard files and replace. You should replace 4 files (lguard.yft, lguard.ytd, lguard_hi.yft, lguard+hi.ytd)
3. Enjoy

Work on fixing the handling. Currently It rolls if corner is taken too fast. Work on small texture fixes (realignment, etc)

@Quakex64 Yes, considering he states in the pack to give credits were respected..which I did while also linking the file back to the original location I got it from.
@Van_Zandt ok, sorry bout that, did see the part in the PDF about "you can modify but keep credits" awesome PJ. I did mine in true LAFD/life guard paint. heres some stars
