1.Open OpenIV then go >\update\update.rpf\common\data\
2.Put Edit mode : on and replace handling.meta
OR if you allready have modded handling.meta
copy/past from Besra.txt in your modded file.
3.N'joy.

@plnoxxon so just to be clear, i already have a modded handling file, so i just copy and paste from your besra.txt file(?) as i could not find those lines in my handling file.
@plnoxxon also how can i increase the speed? for me they are way too slow and even 576kmh is still too slow. i prefer closer to 900kmh
@GtaFiend all i know is we need a script for that, Gudmundur1, oh my lazer mod mentionned "SET_ENTITY_MAX_SPEED." My knowledges are limited :p. And yes just copy past as a new line in the handling.
