Because no one wants to do it, I did.
I have so many custom models now since I learned how to use 3dsmax and GIMS, I don't want to upload them because of the model bugs that I cannot fix.
To complete the feel of the shield, I will upload the Captain America 1943 model soon. Hope you like it :).
Installation:
1.) Install first @stillhere Captain America Script Mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/captain-america-shield-throwing-mod
2.) Launch OpenIV
3.) Go to this path once you've installed the script D:/Games/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/capshield/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf/
4.) Drag and drop the files to that location.
5.) Run the game.

Awesome mod. Can you make hawkeye ped?
How do I spawn the shield because when I launch the mod it uses the previous shield models I use that replace the knife
@Youngcole13 I think you've changed the configuration of the default weapon to Knife, if that's the case, try to download the script again to have the default settings.
@nicholejan so if I want to use other shields will I have to rename them and choose them in the ini
@nicholejan Nice one, something different from other round Cap's shields on GTA5-Mods. BTW, may I ask if you have plans on releasing Spider-Man from ITSV with fixed suit? The damaged one already looked promissing, despite model bugs, so it would be nice to have both versions with bugs fixed sometime
@nicholejan When you say the 1943 suit, do you mean the one I like to call the Propaganda Suit, which is the one used for his shows, or the one he actually used in the Army. I really like the motorcycle jacket one with the actual army helmet.

@nicholejan that ped looks sick tho! but if possible, can you make a tom holland peter parker? i mean if gta sanandreas can make a good one, can't we do it for 5? and when i say tom holland peter parker, i dont just mean him in his suit unmasked, but like a proper outfit.
