Go to the file path on open IV
update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday8ng>dlc>x64>models>cdimages>weapons.rpf
drag and drop the files with edit mode enabled
How to install FiveM
Create a folder, place another folder called "stream" and a resource.lua in the folder you created. Then put the gun files into the stream folder and start it in your server.cfg

I'm surprised no one commented on here, this mod looks great and probably the best replace for the MG. All it needs is a extended mag and it's perfect. 4/5
