It's a problem on my end, it was the weapon model since I though I had to rename something, changed to 5

The YTD and YDR files all go in mods > update > dlcpacks > mpsum2 >dlc.rpf > models > cdimages > weapons.rpf
The weaponarchetypes.meta goes in mods > update > dlcpacks > mpsum2 >dlc.rpf > common > data
The weaponcomponents and weapon_precisionrifle.meta go in mods > update > dlcpacks > mpsum2 >dlc.rpf > common > data > ai

Every time I go to mod rifle, there's no attachments for it. D:

Guess I can't delete my previous comment now, but SNT doesn't work for me when trying to use the attachments. However the other trainer suggested does work.

Rockstar made a dlc patch for this weapon, this is why the current installation method with "weapon_precisionrifle.meta" does not work.
To get attachments, you need to drop "weapon_precisionrifle.meta" in "mods/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/mpsum2/common/data/ai".
I told him in May to update the installation but I think he forgot lol.

It works!, but i have to use zolika's trainer to make the attachment appeare.
I'm using Menyoo Trainer that's why it didn't work.
And for you guys who want to add these Precision Rifle attachments into your Menyoo Weapon Loadout just copy this Hash/Code below into your loadout ".XML" file in "menyooStuff/WeaponLoadout" folder

at first find the Precision Rifle Hash code, press CTRL + F and find "0x6e7dddec" in your Loadout .XML file
and then replace the line with the code below :

<Weapon hash="0x6e7dddec" tint="0">
<Components>
<Component hash="0xf2eacf0a" livery="0x00000000"/>
<Component hash="0xbc54da77" livery="0x00000000"/>
<Component hash="0xa73d4664" livery="0x00000000"/>
