Still looking to 'live off grid' but want a bit more room and 'conveniences? Still don't want to do all that 'wilderness stuff' while doing it? Once more 'unconventional living' is possible in Los Santos without those pesky 'property taxes', utility fees or even rent and you still won't have to live in your car or van to do it! Previously Infinity Group introduced the 'Mobile Home Standard Edition' which was the solution for a single person or 'close couple' for off grid living. Now, we are proud to announce the 'Mobile Home Double Edition' for those looking for an 'extended living space.'
Just outside Los Santos on the Elysian Island Docks is a 'cozy' spot behind the train car depot. Here in this private location you can tap into local power (free of charge) while your solar panels charge and except for the occasional train worker you have no neighbors! The Double Edition has everything you and a roomate need in a larger modern accommodation. There's a garage for one small car or pick up to a medium-sized 2 or 4-door car or three motorcycles! In the garage is a complete laundry setup with room to spare for an tool cabinet for auto repairs! @iammistahwolf This is just my type of Map/Interior mod that I like, perfect for my role play. But I have one thing that would make the mod perfect; when it rains, the water drops goes through the roof and basically makes all the surfaces inside wet, so there's like no collission? The same thing happens on the Standard Edition also, is it something to do with Map Builder maybe?

@LTG01 @LTG01 @S_K @dustyblues, Yeah 'particles' like rain and what-not will come through this and any other type of map that isn't an 'MLO' there is 'probably' a fix for it and I'm looking into it. Just keep the weather clear and you won't have any issues for the time being. Glad you like it. This was definitely set up for roleplay. Eventually, I'll turn this and other maps into ymaps so they can be used on server. I've got to get the 'door' issues worked out first.
@S_K, Yeah this might have been mistagged.
@LTG01, Not sure how that happened. Do you have 'Menyoo?' Do you have Map Builder Discovery or a later version? Is your game legit or pirated? Did you put the .xml into Menyoo's 'Spooner' folder? Is your game updated? Most of the props in this map are 'vanilla' except for the roof, flooring and carpets so at least the vanilla stuff should show up.
@LTG01 at first I thought it didn't show up because when I loaded them they don't appear right away, turns out I had to like walk a few steps (even using the freecam) to find the mobile home and I swear it's there
@iammistahwolf thanks I appreciate it, yeah if the weather is clear it's all good. Looking for more suburban house mods or even maps in add-on form so It's always there every time I start up the game
@iammistahwolf yes I have everything but my game is not updated to the current version I stay to the last one before the new update…. It spawns me there but no trailer pips up I dunno
@dustyblues, Yes, the 'always there' option will happen when I convert these to ymaps. Right now the two issues slowing that down is getting door functions to stay consistent and codewalker not reckognizing MapBuilder props. I currently use 'Menyoo2Ymap' to covert them which 'works', but causes occlusion issues with certain mapbuilder props. I won't put out anything with 'issues' so until I can get them worked out, please standby.
LTG01, Not sure how to help you cousin. I'm still rolling with the update before this last 'surprise' one and the latest Menyoo. Except for issues with marker teleports and large maps crashing the game, 'small' maps like this load no prob. Last thing I can suggest is; do you have the 'latest' Menyoo update?
