Map Builder 3.2.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) important
If you hadn't done so already, you will need to set up the CustomMaps DLC
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/mapeditor-2-ymap-converter
All you need to do after that, is drop 'villa on the hill 1 & villa on the hill 2.ymap.xml' inside custom_maps.rpf of the following folder (using OpenIV):
\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf
Don't rename the .xml file to .ymap : OpenIV will do that itself
then copy the marker.xml file into: script / AutoloadMaps

@guillaume56 game crashes when i get close to the building( using latest map Builder and the dlc pack vers with ymap but i have no luck on finding out why the game crashes when getting close.

My pool water is gone
@subbtert try with map builder 3.2.0. It seems to me that the last did not water
help me how to add a pool to the villa I do not have a pool?
Does anyone knows if this mod is working? Last time I checked half of the stuff won't load and I have the latest update and downloaded the map editor/menyoo to ymap converter and half of the stuff won't show up.
@guillaume56 I have a very bad news for you. I used the latest version of the map generator to show the incomplete problem

Great house! Only problem is that the garage floor doesn't hold up the cars. Once I leave the property and move a street or two away, the cars fall through the floor and onto the road below. My temporary solution is to park the cars on the road, for now.
@wangsihan I put in the description it takes 3.20 if you find it not with omega king download my mod villa island it is provided with

@guillaume56 any solution on missing swimming pool water? and missing object like table? map builder installed, map editor installed, custom_maps dlc installed too and i already put marker.xml to autoloadmaps
