I'm not trying to change your opinion lol. I spend most my time patrolling the northern part of SA in LSPDFR so when I do night patrols the stars aren't as bright as they should in the dead of night, everyone has a different taste and please understand that, if this mod isn't in your taste move on ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ @eshenk

@OhMrZack There is a line in every timecycle weather file which controls the intensity of stars. They are totaly reduced in VisualV for instance. You should play with it and reduce the intensity a little. The problem with stars mapping is in very small pattern and creating a real night sky is impossible. So I tried everything and returned to default stars long time ago.
