Based off of my "Sheriff Task Force Operators" I bring you the police version to use in the city with all those pesky gang members running around.
this still uses the s_m_y_blackops_01 ped, so it will replace the Sheriff Operators if you have them.

@jordandundas I'm currently working with another guy (Baud0412) over at the lspdfr website he gave me permission to revise his marshal skin...its finished, just wait for him to upload it...its his concept so I don't step on toes.

where i have to install?
I'm trying to make it to where this ped patrols South Central LS at night, is there a way to recognize the ped as law enforcement? Or would the ped have to replace an actual police model for that to happen?
Figured it out! I now have these units patrolling Davis, Rancho, and Strawberry, and Chamberlain at night in unmarked cruisers. If anybody else was interested, the files I edited were: popgroup.ymt, popcycle.dat, and peds.ymt.
