The word doc with install instructions say to look in the "bin" folder. There isn't one. Inside the zip there are no .dll files at all.

The README kind of left off at an important step. When using the package installer on OIV it has multiple options for where to install the mod. Does it go into the GTAV directory or the mods folder?
Can you put how to launch it in the description...?
Can someone explain how to open the menu? There's no key binding listed in the description...
