@Polkien ok so I have came to the conclusion that it was the patchday 3 "player_one.ymt" that was causing the issue. The reason for it was because I have all ice everything for franklin and that uses the ymt as well. So I cannot have both your shoes mod and the iced out mod installed at the same time.

this dont work. in open iv eveything is yelllow when looking at the ped model and when that happens the texture dont work
