open scripts\HKH_SinglePlayerHeists\Arcade\Arcade.ini, is ArcadeOwned = 1 ? if it is, set it to 0, and then reload mods in game, you will now either receive a text from lester or already have options for buying a arcade

@Arthur The great, you can play it from the arcade, but not sure of the state of it, better to download Single Player Heists instead and play the more up to date version

The Payday Heist mod has now been replaced with Single Player Heists
