This mod used to be good... but unfortunately because this mod is no longer updated by authors it becomes outdated and is incompatible with current game version and causes serious glitches including crash... So i don't recommend this mod, but i could recommend this mod - https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/vanilla-expanded-dispatch-beta-1-0 - as an alternative replacement.
