A suggestion: You could seperate HUDWheelSlowdownPatch into 4 different settings to disable slowdown or screen effects or both seperately, for the weapon & radio wheel individually. Same for DisableHUDPostFX, then we can have effects disabled for just the character switch & keep the others on. Also, does DefaultVehicleRadioOff not work for parked cars? I stole a parked car and the radio was automatically turned on when the engine started up. I'm on the current legacy version if that's relevant

@Jimpickens1811 I managed to make them work together with a bit of manual edits. I haven't checked for bugs but nothing game-breaking so far. The only bug I've noticed so far is the emergency lights of the replaced Ambulance has an incorrect position (pretty sure it can be fixed with some data edits but I haven't figured that out yet). Install RDE and then install MRSA, find veh_mrsa.rpf in the MRSA dlcpack, from it extract ambulance.yft, ambulance_hi.yft, ambulance.ytd and ambulance+hi.ytd to an external folder. Also extract everything in ped_mrsa.rpf & ped_mrsa_p.rpf. Then take them all and import them into RDE's rde_optionaladdons.rpf (where you install the optional addons of RDE).
Nevermind, the problem was with NativeUI, not RDE or RDE:E&E
