i try to get 5 stars wanted by police.. but it's bugged.. and i can't make me wanted by the police :/

so... i press ctr + f4 ... IT OPENS.. but i can't do nothing else.. i can only open it... is it a bug or something? ^_^
how the hell do i go back to the options? is there any backspace key?? i literally pressed all the buttons on my keyboard and i can't go back. really bad trainer.
i think it needs an update... when i try to spawn cars from pages : 43-47 they just disappear after 2 seconds..
