This update is causing me to fall through the map at micheals house? anyone else having this

this seems to mess up how interiors load for me, specifically ive noticed franklins house often loads in and out for some reason. help ?

i swear each of these new updates has less clothes than the previous versions... Should i install old versions first, and then install the newer ones on top ???? starting at 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 3.0.2, 3.5 etc...

For some reason, with this mod installed there is an extra gate at micheal's house for me?

Causes a noticeable amount of lag and always loads online maps, causing some interiors and sectors of the map to unload for me... Is there any workaround to this? I dont mind having to tamper and alter some files to do so,
