I have a clean mods folder, directory, and scripts folder and it says ERR_FIL_PACK_3 when I load into the game, any suggestions on what to do?

Is there a way to configure the toggle key so it's not F7? Any answers will help.
When I install any version of this mod, and I'm loading story mode, I get a window that says Corrupt game data. Please reboot, verify the game data, or reinstall the game. For more information, please visit: http://rsg.ms/verify". The "title" of the window is also ERR_FIL_PACK_3. Hopefully I can get this mod to work because I've used it before and it was working perfectly, just not now.

@Stryfaar Nvm I'm an idiot. My asi loader or manager was disabled for some reason. Fixed now.
