Consider adding peds on roadsides too.

@stillhere well, I used all the add-on vehicles, and it happened me all the time.
the road and other textures disappeared after doing that. You used the vehicles having size of about 700KB on average while add-on ones goes upto 25MB per vehicle.

I spawned all the add-on vehicles in the game, drove through the game but didnt experience any texture appearance. But only when using DriveModes.So the problem is isnt in the gameconfig and with the DLC add-ons according to me.

I have 8GB Ram installed, games goes over even 6.5GB while saving configs as I mentioned you earlier.
But...never goes above 2GB as i drove through the game and also spawned every single car in my DLC addon.

@stillhere okay let me explain,
Im only using one config per vehicle. Now when I said that 20 vehicle configs, it means that I "created" and "saved after making changes" to about 20 "different" vehicles before getting the texture missing issue.
The Ram usage of the Game exceeds 6GB, video memory is under 2Gb, around 1860mb used. But ram increases from 2GB at the beginning of the Game and goes upto 6GB when doing all those config saves.

try doing this:
[Make sure you havent had any previously saved config
choose a car,
goto menu,
Select Create vehicle config,
make any changes
Save the config to the current slot
choose a "different" car
repeat this process about 15 times and you'll see textures disappearing]
