After installing NVE evolved, the textures are messed up. Anyone with the same issue? or know how to fix this ?

Hi, my game just keeps on crashing when loading into story mode. Got the packfile & heap adjuster files, including latest config. On a high end system, 3080, 32gb. Cant figure it out. Someone else got the same problems? Or has a fix?
ps. im on a pirated version, dont know if that makes a difference
