Could you add a 'pause weather' toggle?

@MegaDeveloper There is no setting and there is no option of 'restoring', this isn't like some files went bad, it's just an issue with the trainer. It has persisted through many variations of mods (including none but the trainer), many game updates, and as I've been using this trainer for 2 years.. i'm gonna say it's not me. I'll try to better diagnose the issue when I can

@MegaDeveloper usually when you first load into story mode, although it occurs later as well (e.g. I walked over to the strip club and the person behind the window repeatedly spawned until too many were in the world and everything lost collision)

@MegaDeveloper Yes, it only happens when Menyoo is installed. This bug has existed since I started using it 2 years ago.

It seems to continuously spawn the same NPC(s) from the interior(s) that it last loaded, which causes an infinite spawn issue until the game loses collision and crashes or until you use a trainer function and noclip the hell out of there.

It has been an issue for me for the past year, but seems to happen more or less randomly.

All these people complaining that it's written for RPH and not Scripthook...
Don't port it, keep it on RPH.

All of your maps are outstanding. I wish GTA could support making the entire map like this..
