@Yzeed992 @slaughter 123 Yes it does. I currently use it.
You have to edit the .rpf with OpenIV and replace the files, then convert the .rpf thru ArchiveFixer.
And delete rpf cache file, and add -skipPatcherCheck to your steam launch options for GTA V Enhanced.
Mods only work on steam version at the moment.

@F7YO It's not unusable. Rename GTA enhanced.exe to GTAV.exe and replace the game config using OpenIV. It works.

The mod hasn't been updated in 4 years.
No it will not work on latest version.

Doesn't have this issue on peds. The mod isn't meant for the player.
