@F7YO I have tested your gamconfig file on a clean GTV install (heap and pack limit adjuster also installed)
And I get an infinite loading screen on the rockstar game launcher or I get the "ERR_FIL_PACK_3"" error.
Only with one MLO mod installed in the mods folder, I get that error, and the game crashes.
I tested also only with one add-on car mod installed in the mods folder.... the same error and crash.

At first, the exterior of the building was rendering a low rez LOD mesh and texture...inside was fine , but the exterior was ugly.
I fix it by rewriting ur content.xml and setup2.xml
I have installed Lemon UI SHVDN3 into the scripts folder... i also have the latest ScripthookV and ScripthookDotNet
But it seems o not work...any ideas?
Yeah it works...and it is beautiful, but the downside of it is that all of the cars on the road are squeaky clean now.
So you will have to choose: You want a wet effect on cars when it is raining - but all of them look brand new when it is not raining - or - you want the cars on the road to look dusty or dirty - but have no wet effect on them when i is raining...

@ikOn Basically it doesn't work with any MLO mod that modifies the police stations (all of them)
