@Slash_Alex no it's not a Steam version but let me try that option first.
I was playing and spawning cars from the list... and also by typing in the name... I ran into a case when I typed "seven70" .. the car spawned but then disappeared in a couple of seconds. What's going on? this is the original car in the game which I did not mod ... Everytime it disappears, a message shown "Player isn't in the car" ... even when I set "Player inside when Spawning" ... I checked the log and see no exception or error... anyone ran into the similar issues?

@satyr It happened on mine too.. HelperSPA.dll keeps getting deleted after the game started.
Also I see this the log:

I reinstalled my game and reinstall this MOD but for some unknown reason, my garage from the house that I bought doesn't show the cars in it.... when I called the Mechanic, I can see the cars list and can call it but when I got inside the garage, it shows nothing... what did I do wrong? I copied the scripts folder over to my GTAV folder.

how do I change the ped's outfits? Ped Selector doesn't have an option... sorry if this has been asked but I couldn't find it.
@Slash_Alex Awesome! wish there are more than 9 hotkeys :) is there a reason? I know probably more coding but that'd be awesome to allow more! Thank you for your detailed instruction!
how does hotkey work? I want to set a hotkey to remove wanted level is it possible?
