Hola, I don't have folder "patchday13ng" only goes up to "patchday12ng" What can I do? Thank you.

Install it to 'patchday12ng' & it will work. Just remember if you someday get 'patchday13ng (or a higher patchday than 12 that contains the default bike that this replaces) the game will load the default bike again.
In that case you would move/reinstall this mod to the highest patchday that you have at the time & the CRF 1000L África Twin will appear again. Hope it helps.
