On the territory of the motel there is also a shop where you can book one of the seven rooms, buy the last pennies of alcohol or food, and the robbers will be able to profit from a few thousand dollars that are in the store safe!
Improve your server atmosphere with the help of interiors from freedmanh!
Included is a Single Player DLC and a FiveM Resource so you can use it where you please.

7 different rooms;
Each room has a bathroom, an entrance hall and decorative items;

Fixed the external model of the building.
Installation:
For Single Player:
- Copy this folder into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
Then add the following link to the bottom of your dlclist.xml which is located at "mods/update.rpf/common/data"
dlcpacks:/sc1_29_motel/
For FiveM:
- Just drop the resource and add 'start sc1_29_motel' in your server.cfg.

@Freedmanhd Hey, I (finally) got around to putting in the 'contract' dlc and this mod causes a crash when you get into the water between the two bridges with the sunken barge across from the Vagos Apartment complex. The mod itself works fine, but be in or on the water near that barge and the game goes dead.
just dropped in the FiveM stream files in another MLO template and it loads in just fine that way
FPS drops when approaching exterior but inside all is fine

good mlo, but does anyone know a way of making objects not pitch black when blackout is enabled as I am working on a zombie survival server and would like to include this as a loot location.

I managed to get this to work but when driving in certain areas nearby my game will crash would be very good if the maker would revisit and fix these issues but other than that its a great MLO.
Got it to work. Had to replace the setup2 and content files.

@Van_Zandt No interior, no collisions. Though I think it's because I have mp maps enabled, thanks
@User20192910291 Yea you have to disable MP maps for it to work, because its a SP MLO. You could probably get it to work with MP Maps if you replace some of the files inside with their MP counterparts
