Tool that allows better control of the camera when noclipping.
Installation: Extract NoclipTool.asi and NoclipTool.ini to your Grand Theft Auto V folder.
WASD for movement, and camera controls the direction of movement
Shift increases movement speed
Alt decreases movement speed
default keybind to enable noclip is F5, configurable in the .ini file.
