Use OpenIV to navigate to GTA V/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf
Then right click vehicles.awc and click export to openFormats.
Export to your desktop then you will see a vehicles folder and a vehicles.oac file.
Export the 0x1AE3EF45.wav file you downloaded to the vehicles folder and it
automatically updates the vehicles.oac file.
Then all you have to do is drag the vehicles.oac file to the RESIDENT.rpf file and it will automatically revert to vehicles.awc
This replaces the Sad Trombone Horn so you have to add the Sad Trombone horn to
your vehicle for it to work.
First upload! Thanks!!
Creds to MisterY for telling me how to change!

@EL_Greco sth?
@bigdaddy2142 something. Do you maybe know where the lowriders1 horns are located.
@EL_Greco Well actually I tried finding that before but I haven't had any luck finding them in the update files
@bigdaddy2142 kk
Can you help me? i have donwloaded it and installed it exactly how you said but i still have the normal Sad Trompone sound and my Los Santos customs Logo on the Map is disapearing after i entered it. this is just so since ive downloaded it and installed it. but in the Files the sound is replaced.
Sounds limp dick for a train horn. Needs more bass.
IT'S JUST A PRANK BRO!
